With a background in sociology, research is second nature to me. I love talking to users, observing how they interact with systems, and identifying pain points that aren’t always obvious. In my project with Foxconn, I conducted interviews with employees to understand workflow gaps and designed a solution grounded in their needs—not assumptions. I approach research as a way to build understanding and clarity before moving into visuals.
