UX Research

With a background in sociology, research is second nature to me. I love talking to users, observing how they interact with systems, and identifying pain points that aren’t always obvious. In my project with Foxconn, I conducted interviews with employees to understand workflow gaps and designed a solution grounded in their needs, not assumptions. I approach research as a way to build understanding and clarity before moving into visuals.

My take on research is that it’s not just about collecting data, it’s about listening. It’s where empathy becomes real. I think the best design decisions come from asking thoughtful questions and being genuinely curious about the people you’re designing for. Research helps me stay grounded and ensures that my work always starts from the user’s experience, not my own assumptions.
